I'm having an issue with my horn on my 03 Tiburon. When pushing on the steering wheel the horns do not work (havent tried my horn in ages so I cant pinpoint when it stopped working). All harness are connected, in the engine bay and under the steering wheel.These are a "hall effect switch", thus they need to be powered up and then you check for output voltage from the switch. The voltage should come/go based on whether or not a belt is buckled in.
